What IS She Up To?

Thursday, February 8th, 2007

The mistress has been really acting weird lately.  First she moved stuff out of the office and moved in this really tall black thing with drawers.  Now she’s going through paper and putting some of it in the drawers, some of it in the trash (I know the trash can now. I’m not supposed to play in it) and the rest she puts in another plastic box.  Why?

Okay, if that wasn’t enough, she’s talking to her self now when she’s writing.  She use to talk to me, but I guess I haven’t been around as much so she’s talking to herself.  Little Bit says I’m neglecting her so I suppose I better start sitting on the arm of her chair and helping again.  Personally, I think LIttle Bit is the one neglecting her.  He stays over at the big house more now.  He says to keep Dippity Doo company as he isn’t feeling so hot, but I have my sources that he’s spending more time sleeping than anything to do with Dipp Dipp!

So, Nita Wick tagged the mistress and she asked me to answer the tag.  Hmmm looks like I’m supposed to tell what is on page 32 of the book she’s reading.  Hmmm, how do I know which book?  She reads three and four at a time…  Let’s just do the enie menie miney mo method.  Works for me.  Ok, here it is. She’s re-reading Meredith Fletcher’s book, Storm Force.  It’s on her, “I love this book” shelf.

Page 32….”Hell of a mess you got yourself involved in, Kate.”

Standing to one side of the accident site, Kate watched Sheriff Harvey Bannocock walking over to her. “Didn’t exactly have this on my schedule either, Sheriff.”

Now, whatever am I supposed to do with it now?  I’ll go check and let you all know later.  Talk to you after awhile!
